The Faculty of Oenology is capable of providing tailored theoretical and/or practical training courses on all of the subjects which are relevant to its domain:
  

puce cultivation practices, viti-vinicultural environment, plant matter,
puce microbiology, spoilage prevention, early diagnosis...
puce all types of wine analysis both simple and complex: 
gas chromatography, high pressure liquid chromatography, multi-residue analysis, etc.,
puce knowledge of elementary phenomenon: 
maturation, fermentations, maceration, ageing, etc.,     
puce technological knowledge: 
vinification, stabilization, processing, bottling, etc.,
puce tasting:
mechanism, technique, vocabulary, practice, sensory evaluation, etc.

 

 

Upon simple request, the Faculty of Oenology will make a proposition concerning the conditions and costs of tailored training courses.  However, these courses are dependant on the availability of the Faculty Staff.   We suggest that you make your requests several months in advance.
