Bordeaux's Faculty of Oenology: An international vocation
Founded over a century ago, Bordeaux's school of Oenology has developed a high-quality education which undergoes constant improvement thanks to the work and contributions of its research teams.
The faculty offers a Vocational Degree, a Master's in Oenology and Viti-Vinicultural Environment (vocational and research programmes), the National Diploma in Oenology, a Doctorate Programme from the Université Bordeaux 2 – Doctoral School of Life and Health Sciences: "Science, Technology, Health" with an option in Oenology.
Even at the very beginning of the COMETT and ERASMUS programmes, the Faculty of Oenology developed student exchanges. It adopted the European System of Academic Credit Transfer (ECTS) in 1998. All of the programmes, divided into modules, are open to students who hail from the European Union, and more particularly, those who come from establishments that are linked by a ERASMUS-SOCRATES contract.
